What is the amp rating on the fuse? My wiring info on your model year isn't very good? Does it blow w/o turning on the key? Does it blow with the hvac turned off? If shorted to ground somewhere, could be almost anywhere. If not a short in wiring circuit, the two biggest amp draws would be the hvac compressor and blower motor. You could use jumper wires from the battery for voltage and ground with inline fuse. If it still blows the fuse, the component may be faulty. Just my opinion.
