Skipping

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed & got new plugs & wires, changed out
disturberator again & it has 12 volts going to it.
Cked & added 2 new ground wires to frame & body.
Lifters all good. Done compression ck good. Cam
good. Head gasket good.Carburetor new rebuilt &
tuned. Doesn't skip while idleing but only when it
reaches 1500 rpms on tech. Heads just been
reworked & springs replaced several weeks ago &
valves been adjusted as well.

How is the cap and rotor? Are the points good and is the timing correct?
