93 Camaro that won't start

We have a 93 camaro that the starter was
recently replaced in, and now it won't start.
There's power to it,  all the electronics
function, but it won't turn over. All I hear
when I turn the key is a single click.
However, it did start after some time, but
wouldn't start up again 5 minutes later.
