Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1998 gmc k1500 5.7L. one of the inserts on the connector for the fuel pump is not getting juice to it. according to a wiring diagram it is the gray pump power wire. there are 4 ports in the connector. 2 grounds. pump power. and sender signal. the sender signal has power but nothing to the pump power port. which is why the fuel pump is not engaging i assume. i put a new fuel pump relay in also just for safe measure. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Some of the chevy's have a fuel shut down relay that trips in an accident. One comes up in a parts search but I deal with vans mostly not PU.

I have no fire to the fuel pump relay the power wire is gray. So tired all the time something goes wrong on this pickup
